What is a 1/4 share ownership?

Quarter ownership equates to 90 days titled ownership or 13 weeks in every calendar year.
 for say 4 nights (5 days of golf) which equates to 16 nights usage deducted from the 90 nights you own.

Owners may use / rent excess nights beyond what Hyatt (say 50% or 45 nights) will use by applying a (discounted) rate, or some offer nights as a business arrangement however what money you collect you keep. Founder Resort Membership is membership to COOLUMS recreational amenities & available to a select group of people (a little more than 200) who hold membership at Coolum  From time to time 
memberships become available and may be acquired.

All applications to purchase a membership, be it a single or joint membership will ultimately go before Hyatt for approval.
